Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider for most major insurance plans, which means that I do not file a claim against your insurance directly, but you may file on your own behalf.  I will provide you with a receipt and any necessary supporting documents, which you can forward to your carrier.  You will then receive a check for the portion of my fee that is paid by your plan.  If you have out-of-network benefits, this amount will vary from approximately 40% to 70% depending on your specific plan.  Any additional information released to your carrier will be by your written authorization only.

Services

• 50 minute session - $200

  • Best for Play Therapy, individual therapy, and individual parent coaching.

• 80 minute session - $300

  • Best for parenting couples, co-parenting, and family sessions.

• Up to 15 minute phone consult with active client - $45

  • For issues that arise between appointments

• Missed appointments

  • Your appointment time is never double-booked and set aside exclusively for you. Session cancellations require 24 hours notice to avoid being charged in full.
