I’m a psychotherapist (Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor) who works with families, children, and adolescents. My areas of expertise include attachment, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and oppositional-defiant behavior. I've worked successfully with young children experiencing behavior difficulties at home and in school, adolescents and school-age children experiencing peer and family relationship problems, and children and families undergoing periods of high stress. In addition to child and family therapy, I offer parent coaching on a range of issues including tantrums, cooperation, sleeping, school-refusal and separation issues.

My clients describe me as approachable, funny, direct, and reassuring. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, but also incorporates research-based treatment models such as Child Centered Play Therapy, Family Systems Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
